Thank you for this free tutorial! I am planning to take your Rice Paste Flowers online, may I ask how it responds to humidity and how long does it last? Does it behaves like gum paste too? It rains here always in the Philippines, and I hope this could be the answer to our problem as cake decorators here with this kind of weather we have. Thank you. Sheila
Hi Sheila,
It stands the humidity much, much better than gum paste. Here in Hanoi, it was super humid over the last 3 months after I filmed the courses, one of which is the one for free; and all the sugar flowers I made for Teal Boho Glam Wedding Cake collapsed, got molds and melted like a mess inside my working room; but all the rice paste flowers have been staying beautiful and in good shape until now in the same storing conditions.
Best,
Jessica

Hi Jess,
I’m interested to buy your online tutorial, and trying this free tutorial first.
But I can’t play the video (Vimeo). Is there something wrong with my computer?
Thank you,
Sylvia
Hi Sylvia,
You need to check with your Internet service provider, perhaps Vimeo is banned by them or your computer has a firewall that doesnot allow Vimeo.
Best,
Jessica

Once we pay do we have access for life time?
Yes Sri, for lifetime and watchable in your own time schedule.

Hi there,
Yes it’s eggless & vegan; but i’m afraid if you don’t even use underground vegetable, rice paste isn’t strictly your standard!
