Hello i have a normal oven at home where i can’t control thr heat from above and below separately at what temperature should i bake it and do you have any tips to reduce heat from below
Hi,
The actual temperature inside the oven is the key point regardless which oven you use. Make sure during the first 15 minutes of baking, the actual oven temperature maintains at 200 degree Celcius then the remaining 15 minutes should be at 160 degree Celcius.

Hello Jessica, I started my own project for this product. The method worked at the beginning, but now I face a problem when adding the mixture to the meringue, as it crumbles and melts and does not maintain its consistency.
