She also shows how to make the buds and assemble those items into a dogwood branch. The medium used in the lesson is rice paste (not including how to make the paste) but all the techniques can be applied to make the same flowers in gum paste.

What is the name of the cutter and veiner (brand)? Also, where can these be found?
I used Nicholas Lodge dogwood cutter &veiner set. I bought it from his online store:
Hello Jess for the rice paste dogwood flower what cloth did you use for the corn flower puffer. Thanks
I used Japanese baby napkin.
Hi… thank you for this video …..can i know the difference between the rice paste and the gumpaste?
Rice paste has a small amount of sugar in it, is easier to roll out paper thin, slower in drying, stands much better in high humidity though it dries hard like gum paste.
can i find Rice paste in markets or must make it?…… can i know how to make it?
You can make it easily. I have a paid tutorial here for everything rice paste:
I have purchased your wafer paper tutorial please let me know where I will find the templates
